Whole Production Line Engineering from Sunshine Machinery
Sunshine Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, installs and commissions complete turnkey processing lines for fruit and vegetable juice, puree, concentrate, sauces and liquid foods. As a Whole Production Line manufacturer based in Shanghai, we build the line around the product you intend to sell, not around a fixed machine list.
Our range covers fruit and vegetable process lines, aseptic and non-aseptic BIB/BID filling systems, and the key machines that sit inside them. Capacity spans 200 kg to 30 tons of fresh raw material per hour, with laboratory, pilot and industrial scales available.
Our Product Range
We organize the range by process stage so that each line can be specified as a complete system or assembled from individual machines. The three groups below form the core of every project we quote.
| Range | What It Covers | Typical Application |
|---|---|---|
| Fruit/Veg. Process Line | Washing, sorting, crushing, destoning, pulping, refining, evaporation, sterilization | Juice, puree, paste and concentrate from tomato, mango, apple, orange, grape, guava, peach and plum |
| Aseptic/Non-aseptic BIB & BID Filling Sys. | Tube-in-tube sterilization, aseptic bag-in-box and bag-in-drum filling, non-aseptic filling | Shelf-stable puree and concentrate packed in 5–220 L bags, drums and boxes |
| Key Machines | Washer/sorter/lifter, crusher, destoner, crushing pump, screw extractor, belt press, citrus extractor, refiner, pulper/finisher, vacuum evaporators, sterilizers | Standalone replacement, capacity upgrade or line extension |
Fruit and Vegetable Process Lines
Our fruit and vegetable process lines are configured around the raw material and the finished product specification. Each line below is a complete process route from receiving to packed product, and we adjust the machine sequence when the fruit, the target Brix or the packaging format changes.
- Tomato paste: Tomato Paste Processing Line with hot-break and super hot-break options for viscosity control.
- Mango: Mango Puree Processing Line covering washing, sorting, pitting, preheating, pulping, sterilization and aseptic filling.
- Apple, pear and thorn-pear: Apple / Pear / Thorn-pear Juice Processing Line for clear or cloudy juice and concentrate.
- Peach, apricot and plum: Peach/Apricot /Plum Puree Processing Line with destoning and refining stages sized to the fruit.
- Orange and citrus: Orange Juice Processing Line for NFC juice, concentrate and essential oil recovery.
- Grape: Grape Juice & Wine Processing Line for juice, concentrate and wine must.
- Guava: Guava Puree/Concentrate Processing Line with seed separation and refining.
Aseptic and Non-aseptic Filling
Filling determines the shelf life and the logistics cost of the finished product. We supply tube-in-tube sterilizers and BIB/BID fillers that connect directly to the process line, so the sterile product is packed without recontamination.
- Aseptic Tube in Tube Sterilizer for continuous UHT treatment of puree and juice.
- Aseptic BIB (Bag in Box) Filler for retail and food-service packs.
- Aseptic BID (Bag in Drum) Filler for bulk concentrate and puree.
- Non-aseptic BIB & BID Filler for chilled or short-shelf-life products.
Key Machines and Line Integration
Every whole line is built from proven key machines, and the same machines are available individually for upgrades, replacements or capacity expansion. We match the machine size to the upstream and downstream stages so that the line runs at a stable working point.
- Preparation: fruit washer, sorter and lifter; crusher; destoner; tomato crushing pump.
- Extraction: screw juice extractor, belt press, orange/citrus juice extractor, fruit refining machine, fruit pulper and finisher.
- Concentration: forced external circulation vacuum evaporator and falling film vacuum evaporator for heat-sensitive products.
- Thermal treatment: preheater/scalder, tube-in-tube sterilizer and tubular UHT/pasteurizer.
Controls are configured around the required line interface: motor control, temperature and flow interlocks, CIP sequences and the signals the plant needs for its own SCADA or DCS. We confirm the automation scope during process design so that the electrical and instrumentation package matches the site.
Materials, Hygiene and Quality Control
Product-contact parts are specified in food-grade stainless steel, with surface finishes and weld quality suited to the product's acidity and to the cleaning regime. Gaskets, seals and valve seats are selected for the operating temperature and for the CIP chemicals used on site.
Quality control follows the full process. All equipment undergoes complete trial operation and water debugging before delivery, and inspection records are prepared for the pre-shipment check. Our manufacturing and quality team works from the approved drawings and the process data sheet for each project.
Installation, Commissioning and Service
We provide on-site guidance for installation, commissioning and operation, and train customer operators on running and maintaining the line. After commissioning, one or two engineers can remain on site to support the first production run.
- Plant layout and utility requirements planning during the in-sale stage.
- Spare parts and accessories supply for continued production.
- Remote diagnosis and rapid response to on-site faults.
- Annual pre-season visits for inspection, maintenance and technology upgrades.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A suitable proposal depends on a small set of project inputs. We use the following information to select the process route, size the equipment and prepare the quotation.
| Project Input | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Raw material and variety | Determines the preparation, extraction and refining stages |
| Finished product specification | Sets Brix, viscosity, pulp content and sterilization intensity |
| Capacity in t/h or t/day | Sizes each machine and the buffer between stages |
| Packaging format | Selects BIB, BID, bottle, can or drum filling |
| Site utilities and layout | Defines steam, water, power and floor space requirements |
| Automation and compliance scope | Aligns controls, documentation and acceptance criteria |
Frequently Asked Questions
What capacity range can Sunshine Machinery supply?
We supply complete lines from 200 kg to 30 tons of fresh raw material per hour, covering laboratory, pilot and full industrial scales. The capacity is fixed during process design so that each machine is sized to the same working point.
Can you build a line for a fruit not listed in the standard range?
Yes. The listed lines are our established configurations, and as one of the Customized Fruit Production Line Manufacturers, Suppliers, Factory, we adapt the process route for other fruits and vegetables based on the raw material analysis and the target product specification.
Do you supply individual machines as well as complete lines?
We supply both. Key machines such as crushers, destoners, extractors, refiners, evaporators and sterilizers are available individually for replacement or capacity expansion, and they can be integrated into an existing line.
How is the line tested before delivery?
All equipment undergoes complete trial operation and water debugging before delivery. Inspection is carried out against the approved drawings and process data sheet, and the results are recorded for the pre-shipment check.
What support is provided after commissioning?
We provide operator training, spare parts supply, remote diagnosis and annual pre-season visits for inspection and maintenance. Engineers can remain on site after commissioning to support the first production run.
