1) Scraper refining machine
It is composed of various components such as the frame, slag hopper, juice collecting tank, framework, lining net, filter screen, scraper, adjusting screw, transmission shaft, feed inlet, feed box, ventilation cover, and transmission motor.
- Operating principle: After entering the feeding box through the feeding port, the material flows into the scraper chamber. Under the centrifugal force of the scraper, the juice separates and flows out of the mesh into the juice collecting tank, while the pulp is discharged through the residue outlet.
2) Spiral refining machine
It consists of a frame, a slag hopper, a juice collecting tank, a skeleton, a lining net, a filter net, a spiral shaft, a top plate, an air cylinder, a feed inlet, a feed box, a breathable cover, a driving motor, and other components.
- Operating principle: After entering the feeding box from the feeding port, the material flows into the spiral working chamber. The residual fruit pulp, fibers, and fruit pits in the juice after juicing are pushed out through the spiral, allowing the juice and fruit flesh to pass through the mesh. The residue is discharged from the top tray's residue outlet.
